OK guys, you've made it. Summer is officially over, right? Wrong. We know better. Things are cooling off a bit, but summer will be here for another few months before the A/C kicks in.
However, we do get a Labor Day break. Thursday, 8-29 will be the last training day until Tuesday, 9-3. Enjoy the break but get some love too. There are two videos to check out. Watch them! Foam rolling and Lacrosse ball rolling/smashing are two easy ways to keep our bodies unglued, and you'll have a little extra time, so DO IT! Your body will thank you.
Thanks for your hard work and monster efforts. That's wicked strong fuel that helps everyone keep going when everything inside begs you to stop. They can. I can.
