When I saw this session on the mainsite it looked great. About midway through this thing I realized the error in my earlier judgement. The push-press took forever, and felt heavier with each round. The good news is that both the KB swing, and the box jumps went well. Lots easier than in the past.

Prescrition for this was 115 pound push-press, and 24" box jumps. We only had one person follow prescription, great job Madman! This was a deceivingly diffiucult session that follows the board theory.
Great job on the box jumps. The more you jump the easier it will be to jump. If you are tired, step down. But unless the exercise is step-ups, you'd better be jumping!
