Everyone that showed up for the last Hero workout was pleasantly surprised to see another option on the board with 'Jared'. 'Michael' is an old friend and as usual, we were happy to see him.

Great workout everyone! Super fast finish Todd McK! Although 'Michael' is no walk in the park, the 160 Pull-ups and 280 Push-ups were enough to persuade everyone to pass on 'Jared', understandably.

The good news is that the Hero portion of the Winter Circus is over. 'Michael' was the curve ball. Fate largely determines what we do and how long we do it next time, which is ALWAYS interesting. It's the epitome of the CrossFit model; unknown variables left up to chance. Cool stuff.

There's just three workouts left, and we saved the best for last. Guaranteed blasts.

This workout is named in honor of U.S. Navy Lieutenant Michael McGreevy, who was killed June 28, 2005, in Afghanistan.
