When Holleyman popped up on the main site this fall the decision had to be made whether to keep the workout in the Circus, or switch. Unanimous. Keep Holleyman.

Great workout everyone. Good job hanging tough. There were a few people who didn't get on the board who were also rolling- THANKS for your hard work and attention to detail. You're getting a taste of what's on the way.

This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Aaron Holleyman, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, who was killed August 30, 2004 in Khutayiah, Iraq.
