Strict-
adjective -used to describe a command, rule, etc., that must be obeyed. Rigorously conforming to principle, a norm, or condition. We took a few liberties with this one... We allowed the option of strict OR kip, we went with the Hand release push-ups, and we shaved a few Pull-ups off the end.

10 Strict handstand push-ups (*prog)
15 Strict ring dips
20 Hand release push-ups
25 Strict pull-ups

25 Pull-ups was no walk in the park- Imagine another 20 Strict pull-ups at the end of each round... that'd be a bunch of singles.
We have puppies. Keep your eye on them and help them along. Crawl, walk, run. Hold on tight puppies!
