We've seen 'Cindy' dressed up in all sorts of costumes lately. Only CrossFit can find a way to take something beautifully simple, twist things a bit, and create another completely different workout. Thanks CFHQ!

Great job guys. That's a cool 600 rep workout rivaled in volume by very few other CrossFit workouts. Quite a few people said that the sheer numbers involved made this feel a lot like the 'Murph'.

Did you have a plan, or just start chipping away? Staying focused on the "here and now" can really help with high volume workouts like this. Thinking about how much you have left can become overwhelming.

Movement ques also come into play. Efficiency is king in the economy of movement. Sloppy, inefficient movement costs a lot more fuel in the long run.
