Great workouts everyone. Whether you chose 'Jerry' or 'Culbreth', there were some really fast finishes, and borderline cruel and unusual punishment for others. Good job hanging tough through a tough workout.
We are always tougher than we think.
We have seen 'Jerry' before, but 'Culbreth' is a new one that leaves us completely spent by the end by becoming increasingly more difficult with each round. The cumulative effect of the Burpees alone was something from the other side.
'Culbreth' is named in honor of U.S. Army Specialist Justin Culbreth, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, who was killed November 17, 2012 in the Panjway district, Afghanistan.
