'Linda' stretches CFSF to it's limits. Every bar, bumper, and bench are used. We'll ask Santa for some new stuff for Christmas... In the meantime, 'Linda' got what 'fer. We turned the tables and gave her all she could handle this time around.

Great workout everyone. As prescribed, 'Linda' is a true mother grabber. Deadlift 1.5 times body weight, Bench press body weight, and Clean 3/4 body weight. Monstrous. We had two monster killers that got this gem as prescribed: Eric, Russell, OUTSTANDING! You guys are tough.

The usual advice from the Instructors is to go as fast as possible, resting between exercises, not during. Going unbroken is key, and if your weight selection was off, you were resting too much.
