Great workout everyone. Nice job going as prescribed Madman! This was a super heavy volume session- good job hanging tough through to the end.

The 'Lumberjack 20' is named in honor of the 12 soldiers and one civilian killed on November 5, 2009 when a terrorist attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, Texas.

We are approaching the end of the Winter Circus. Just a few more workouts to go. Outstanding efforts and super strong fuel has carried us this far. Anything left in the tank? Hope so.

If you haven't figured it out yet.

Thanks for another great day of training and conditioning at CFSF.

Comfort is secondary.
