Great workout everyone. Monster squats Casey, and Teresa! Very few people have ever performed an Overhead squat prior to starting CFSF, taking that into consideration really shows the progress and growth you've all made since making the commitment to yourself and to CFSF to do more and be more.
The Overhead squat is a cruel and indiscriminate offender seeking out weakness, instability, and bad positioning. Show any of that and you'll miss the squat. On the other hand, if you stay strong by staying stable and ACTIVE, and maintain proper positioning your chances of making the lift are much greater.
Next week is Thanksgiving. CFSF will be closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We'll resume normal schedule Saturday, November 29.
