Anything on the clock can get pretty dicey very quickly. When Rope climbs are included we know what we're in for right up front. No worrys. Just remember Rule #1 when climbing...

On a 2:00 minute clock:
0-2:00
15' Rope climb, 2 ascents
Front squat, 2 reps
2:00-4:00
15' Rope climb, 2 ascents
Front squat, 4 reps
4:00-6:00
15' Rope climb, 2 ascents
Front squat, 6 reps...
Continue adding 2 reps to the Front squat each round and continue until you cannot make reps in 2:00

Since there was NO sub for the Rope climb, we had an option on the board- Fran's little sister Jackie, and Paige knocked her outta the park as prescribed in 15:00, while Wesley, and Jeremy just totally destroyed her. Excellent work you three.
