Some Conditioning specialists will argue that high levels of intensity cannot be maintained for much longer than 10:00 minutes. If that's the case then this was another spot on workout from CFHQ. We loved it.

Great workout everyone. Good prioritization on a nice Saturday morning. We talked about hips and patience. Did you hit those targets? If you kept your hips in the picture the SDHP's were tough but manageable, however, if you lost patience you were working too hard.
The Over the bar burpees were, as usual, the tall glass of suck today- good job pacing through them. As long as we're talking about Burpees, head's up- we are a little over one month from the 4th Annual JFBM. Be ready.
