We pulled our body weight and then some. Good job everyone. Solid pull-ups. Most people can't do more than a few pull-ups in a row. Most globo gyms don't even have pull-up bars. We get all sorts of pull-ups on a regular basis, for reps too. Adding a load will begin to make body weight feel tons lighter.

Super strong session guys. Casey, Todd, Beth- great job, heavy weight! Combining pull-ups with strength training is a blast, and we definitely saw some interesting uses of straps and rubber bands to hold kettlebells, dumbbells, and plates to various parts of the body.
You never know when you'll have to pull yourself up and over something. Maybe not in regular day to day life outside of CFSF, but isn't it nice to know that you are strong enough to do so. What we do is functional, and it does make us much more resilient to the stressors of life, of which there are many. It also prepares us for the unexpected, giving us an advantage that others do not have.
Thanks for another great day of training and conditioning at CFSF. Thanks for all the really good fuel, and efforts. This was a fun session. Thanks for that too.
