800 meters. A half mile, with a nice rest between runs. Not too bad at all, but the heat... The heat changed everything. Good job lunch crew, brutal sun. At least the night crew had the benefit of shade. It didn't help much. Hot air is hard to breathe. We get adjusted to it but never ever comfortable with it.

Super fast runs Dan and Lynde! Great job everyone. This was a very tough session. While still considered sprint distance, 800 meters really stretches out. Core, lungs, legs, everything is taxed.
While difficult, this was a interesting session. The work to rest ratio ensured a good lung burn, and some shakey legs upon completion. The run sessions are never fun for everyone, but CrossFit always comes up with a cool arrangement to keep things fresh.
