Tuesday, July 12 'Pull-up/HSPU'

As prescribed, this session is monstrous. But that's why we do it. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it.

21 pull-ups

18 pull-ups

15 pull-ups

12 pull-ups

9 pull-ups
9 HSPU
6 pull-ups
6 HSPU
3 pull-ups
3 HSPU
The pull-ups are strict, no kipping. Nose to ground handstand push-up.

Brandi- 23:17

Dan- *43:41
Casey- *48:45
*400m run in front, and back, and in between.

Great job guys. This was a very heavy volume session. How about that last round of pull-ups? Heavy. Good going John, Casey, and Dan throwing in a little extra fun in the mix. Great idea.
