Wednesday, July 20 'Weighted push-up'

This is one session we used to see a lot of as gym rats, only we never kept adding weight. That part is a CF original, and made this session ultra fun. Even though CFSF was very nearly washed away by a torrential rain, we had a blast.

Great session guys. Solid push-ups, and heavy weight Casey, Tammy, Dan, and Beth. Great to see Alice Ann's name back on the list too. Nice job at body weight. Also thanks to Lynde, and Burly People for helping out.

As we fatigue form slips. Especially with the push-up. Loading this exercise reinforces all the cues we have worked on- tight, hollow core being among the most important. Core not tight? Good luck making the lift.

So we are all watching the flood on Noble Street when all of the sudden, Dan goes running by... WTF was that?  Dumbfounded, we began to crack up watching him while he played in the rain, splashing us and passing cars. He is a duck after all.... Good job on having a great time- anytime. Another part of CFSF that makes it special.

Thursday might be one of the most well deserved rest days in a while. This has been a pretty heavy week. Use your time wisely. Get your pain ball and use it. Floss those hamstrings, and feather a bit too. Stretch them when you finish. Feels so good afterwards.
