Good job guys. Good front squats. This type of session is what gives CrossFit programming superiority over any other across as broad a domain of work requirements. Ready for anything. However long, however short. Locked, loaded, and on line.
This was actually a fun session. Most CrossFit sessions are, but this one allowed movement at a little nicer pace, which is welcomed after some of the sessions that have led up to this one. Never routine. Routine, like machines, are the enemy.
