Thursday, July 14 'Waiter's walk/GHD sit-up/back ext'

We've seen the Waiter's Walk before, only we usually add lunges. That would have been disastrous today. This was a super heavy session. Cores took a pounding.

3 rounds:
Waiter's walk, 100m R arm
30 GHD sit-ups
Waiter's wallk, 100m L arm
30 back extensions

Nobody went as prescribed here. Casey actually went heavier than the prescribed 50 pounds, he used the 53 pound kettlebell, and got all his sit-ups on the GHD. That's why we call him the Madman. Great job. Also, great job Super Beth D, 35 pounds overhead is no joke. Definitely ready for your Tough Mudder
