We used to see this workout a lot. It's been a while since we've done it and it was just as much fun as it used to be. We had options. We could mix it up, or stay with the same thing. We recorded the total time for the ten sets, including the ten minutes of rest.

This was a great day to be out running, we caught a break with some nice weather and much cooler than usual temps, which was very much appreciated.
