The Thruster is a super potent exercise. You're moving a load over a great distance, dealing with your heartbeat in your ears because so much blood is being delivered all over your body... BAM! Then it's over.

Great workout everyone! Nice work Casey, and Todd- at prescription. Good move E. Adjusting load to maintain speed is always the better decision. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day to be out and running, and there were some fast runs. Super fast time Lynde! We talked about POSE: staying tall, pulling heels- Great job on hitting those targets.
