There's a reason the Overhead squat is the last of the three CrossFit squat varieties we teach at CFSF. The Overhead squat is in an elite group of CrossFit exercises that require high levels of both strength, and flexibility, cruelly and indiscriminately exposing deficits in both areas. It's like trying to learn trigonometry before learning basic math.

Once the Air, and the Front squat are locked on it's time to go overhead.

Great job Candice! With everything else going on, a few people making up missed wods, and another few people doing 15.5 again, you quietly went to work and NAILED it today. Outstanding focus amidst all the chaos around you.
