CFSF hopes everyone had a nice Easter, and Spring break. It's OVER. Time to get back to work.

Great workout everyone! Monster squats Eric, and Teresa! Nicho was in the box because everyone- EVERYONE smashed it. Great Front squats on a day where there was a lot of good fuel floating around CFSF and everyone benefited.
That's another beautiful part of CrossFit. When one, or two people in the room are just killing the workout, that motivates the other people around to push a little more, go a little longer, or just speed up. Not at globo gym. Only CrossFit.
Tuesday is a rest day. No open gym, so you'll have to take care of your business at home. Roll, smash, floss, or feather anything gnarly. Stretch anything that's tight, *hint... HAMS, and the entire PC to start with, finishing with chest, shoulders, calves, and arms. ICE anything sore. Then, take a nap and dream nice dreams of smashing wods at CFSF.
All days are good at CFSF, but this was a really good day. Thanks for the super strong efforts, and fuel.
