Why seven rounds? Who figures this stuff out? Are there guinea pigs out there somewhere testing out these workouts and reporting back results and criticisms? Seven rounds was plenty. Another good one. Thanks CFHQ!

7 rounds:
500 meter row
20 GHD sit-ups (*20/16 abmat 1:1)

Todd- Rx  18:59
Russell- Rx  18:52
Teresa- Rx  20:49
Kathryn- Rx  21:14
Caitlin- 16:52*
Tommy- 15:56*
Alan- 17:35*
Quincy- 18:52*
Tom- Rx  17:34

Good job everyone. This was a deceivingly difficult session that turned into the GHD channel- all GHD's, all the time. The row was there to keep us moving, give us a little rest between the Sit-ups.

The GHD sit-up is a serious exercise that can destroy your core for several days. We have set a few criteria that must be met before learning to use the GHD for Sit-ups, among which is 50 unbroken Abmat sit-ups. Good job Caitlin, and Tommy. Graduated to the GHD. Woo hoo!

Ask an Instructor to tell you about the California cantaloupes some day. That story gives the GHD a little extra respect.

Thanks for another great day of training and conditioning at CFSF.

Standby.

I can.
