185 pound Front squat, 2 reps
2:00-4:00
15' Rope climb, 2 ascents
185 pound Front squat, 4 reps
4:00-6:00
15' Rope climb, 2 ascents
185 pound Front squat, 6 reps
6:00-8:00
15' Rope climb, 2 ascents
185 pound Front squat, 8 reps
Continue until you cannot make reps in alloted time.
