'Eva' is a long, difficult session. It's debatable as to which of the three exercises becomes the least manageable by the end, some said the run, others said the swings, some just said "everything sucked." GREAT JOB EVERYONE on making it in on a double difficult day, looking adversity right in the face saying "I got this..."

We could not have gotten a better day if we had asked for it. Great weather for long runs, and we had some really strong runs- Joey, Lynde, Beth- wicked fast. You guys can fly.
