Great job everyone. Jimmy, Brandi, and Kathryn- great totals. This was a gasser of a workout, and it seemed to stretch out like stale Jersey Shore taffy.
Several puppies got their first date with the Tabata format. Fun stuff, huh? The CrossFit time warp... Great job Nicole.
