We talked about driving from the heels, being patient through the stand and shrug, and flipping fast. Good job on hitting the targets we set. We saw some Push jerks, and we saw some Split jerks. Both were acceptable.

Find a few mobs to help with shoulder/wrist flexibility so the front rack isn't as uncomfortable. A little bit every day.
