This was another super fun workout. Thanks CFHQ! Mixed comments on which was the more difficult of the two exercises. Heard a lot about grip issues on the bar...

Great workout everyone. Some substituted reverse crunchers for the toes to bar. Only continued practice will help with the timing necessary for an efficient toes to bar. So get some!

We had a visit from Ken and Karen. We hope you like the kool-aid. Be patient, do your homework, and you will succeed. A better guarantee than the suit guy.

Tuesday is a rest day. Mudders run. Everyone else get some mobility "me" time. Anything tight or gnarly. Roll, smash, stretch. Rinse and repeat.

For those of you looking for a hotel room for the Tough Mudder, you might have to stay in Thomson, Georgia just south of Washington. The hotels in Washington are fully booked.
