Split snatch? Nobody had done a split snatch at CFSF until now. Most have never even seen a split snatch, but as predicted, about 60% took to it like a duck to water. Everyone else, we still have some practicing to do. But that's the fun part, right?

Super strong lifts John, and Patricia. This movement was new and unfamiliar, but definitely a great one to add to the CrossFit repertoire. The first and second pulls are the same, but the pull under allows greater depth and requires less flexibility than any other lift.
