Great workout everyone. Super strong lifts Derrick, Casey, and Todd. Wicked good pull-ups Dave, you've turned the worm! Good job CFSF ladies. Nice pull-ups as well. Just remember that the band is secondary, not primary.
There were a few slow starters that given another round would have had their biggest numbers. That's why we warm up well at CFSF. Our warm up is their workout. Now you see why.
