Monster session everybody. Great job. This "chipper" stretches out like bad taffy. We had some super strong efforts and great fuel from both the lunch, and the night crews. Good job Shaun, and Mark- outstanding HSPU's.
Congratulations Erin- BAND FREE! Way to be. That band is heroin. Stay away from it.
What are the chances of CFHQ sending this session back out upside down again? We had a few guys start with the Burpees and they were smoked. Order of exercises changes everything.
