They're up! Huge THANKS to Eric, Dustin, Bart, and everyone else who helped get the ropes and rings squared away. Now for the FUN stuff...

  1. OK, so I am swinging on the rings, I do a back flip, hear and feel two HUGE pops in my shoulders, drop down to the deck and find my arms have gone numb and tingly, and I am in some serious pain.
I dropped down to a hands and knees kneeling position, oscillating back and forth from right palm, to left palm. Afte a few minutes I got up, grabbed one of the rails on the rack and distracted (to pull, or open up) my shoulders. I felt another two pops, and the pain was gone- but I still tingled.
I tingled for a little over three hours into the night, both arms. The next day, I could barely lift my right arm, my left not quite as bad.
The moral of of the story is that ring work from the height of the new rings is dangerous. Be extremely careful, and do not do what I did. I used bad judgement, and am paying the penalty.
