2 rounds:
10 Overhead squats
10 Chest to bar pull-ups
Min. 3-6
2 rounds:
12 Overhead squats
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
Min. 6-9
14 Overhead squats
14 Chest to bar pull-ups
Min. 9-12
16 Overhead squats
16 Chest to bar pull-ups
Continue until reps cannot be completed in allotted time. Reps are totaled for a score.
