Great job everyone. As usual. This was a very tricky workout. Both exercises drink copious amounts of fuel, and require quite a bit of focus to stay dialed in and organized.
Which of the two exercises in this sweet little couplet gave you the most difficulty? Night crews agreed that the Box jumps beat the Deadlifts by a narrow margin.
This was also a nice reward for the CFSF anaerobs, who have gotten pounded over the last few sessions. Good job getting a little payback. Sometimes you're the hammer, sometimes you're the nail.
Which one were you?

Track what you do. Don't rely solely on the blog.
Thanks for the wicked good blonde brownie recipe Tammy. Yummy, and paleo friendly. Copies on the table. Also found good recipes for "Root mash", and "Meatloaf". Ask Sharon if you're interested.
That's dinner and dessert, both paleo, and delicious.
Thanks for another great day at CFSF.
