Great job everyone. This was a heavy workout, at any scale. Good job holding on, and finishing strong. We had a bunch of monster efforts helping to provide good fuel and motivation for everybody. Thanks for those efforts! Most needed, and appreciated on Hero days.

This workout is named in honor of U.S. Army Sergeant 1st Class Daniel Crabtree, who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on June 8, 2006.

Wednesday is a rest day. Open gym 5:15-6:15. Cruise in for anything. Use your extra time wisely and do something that feels good and helps you recover.
