Saturday, February 12 'CTB pulls/L-sit'

Interesting combination of exercises. Hello, Jerry! What a punch. Fifteen minutes was the perfect time for this jewel, and it delivered.

15 chest to bar pull-ups
:30 second ring L-sit

Doug- 6 + :20 L-sit
Tammy- 5 + 5 pull-ups
DT- 6
Tommy- 4
Holley- 6
John- 5 + :05 L-sit
Bart- 6 + 15 pull-ups
T- 5 + 10 pull-ups

Great session everyone. Really good fuel. Great job on the L-sits too. Multi-planar movement is always a stabilization nightmare as you fatigue, but what fun!
