Thursday, February 17 'Annie'

Annie is another deceivingly difficult session that can crack the strongest of cores by the end. Double unders only add to the discomfort. However we have some really good jump ropers at CFSF, and some with huge potential. So watch out Annie...

Sit-ups

Some people working on singles jumped a 3:1 ratio of singles to double unders. That was good motivation to learn the double unders, huh? Either way GREAT JOB EVERYONE on getting this one done.

Practice double unders any chance you have while at CFSF. Warm up, cool down- anytime. It's the only way to get them, by getting them.
