Think of this session as training for St. Patrick's Day. Yep, lots of burpee's. Oh yeah, there were some overhead lunges too, however the whole session seemed to be one big burpee...

45 pound barbell overhead lunges, 50 feet
21 burpee's

This was a crippler! Great job everyone on getting this thing taken care of. How do you manage the burpee's when we have a bunch of them in the workout? Pace, or go go go? Either way, today we were the nail.
