Anytime there's a hundred reps in a row things can get dicey. This was no different. Most everyone agrees that burpee's aren't the most attractive exercise in the CF rodeo, but they sure do whoop us good.
100 Burpee - pull-ups

This was the longest fourteen minutes since the last time we saw this session. Burpee's never get better. We do. With a little rest every ten reps, this was a lot more manageable than most people thought it would be. Either way, great job on getting this one in the book.
When the going gets tough, you're going to CFSF.
