Hero workouts bring a special motivation with them. It was needed today. This was another great combination of exercises that landed us on floor lock.

95 pound thruster, 6 reps
6 bar facing burpee's

Super good job everyone. Great round totals Richard, and Heather. As if burpee's weren't difficult enough, CrossFit finds a way to increase their level of difficulty by having us jump over the bar. Who knew?

This session is named in honor of  US F.B.I. Supervisory Special Agent Gregory Rahoi, assigned to the Hostage Rescue Team, who was killed in a training accident on December 6, 2006.
