This was a great twist on the CF Total. Today was both a max lift day, and a great day to get some good practice in. We had a few things we talked about really wanting to see, and everyone delivered. Great job.

Great lifts everyone. All the cues we talked about got hit. Form, consistency, intensity. There were also some heavy lifts... John, Lynde, Casey, Eric- super strong. If you didn't get to max out with all three today, no worries. There will be more. The practice was good, the heavy will follow.

Wednesday is another well deserved rest day. Use the extra time you have to get some mobility. Address that tight PC, roll your feet, floss your hamstrings, ANYTHING... Just do it.
