Cody- 75 * 3
Lynde- 75/45 * 4 + 21 sit-ups
Teresa- 75/45 * 4 + 10 OH squats
Great job guys. Really good to see Cody showing up. Good kool-aid. Lynde, the work you've put into your squats is evident. Great work, and great tenacity. Tenacity is that little voice that tells you, "You can do that better..." Don't wish it was easier. Wish you were better.
Monday is a rest day. Use your time wisely. Get some mobility. Mudders, your decision. Run if you feel like running. Rest if you don't. 120 hours.
