The CrossFit 'Total' is part of what separates CrossFit from other programs. We are a strength and conditioning program, and we work across broad domains. The 'Total' is pure strength, and it has turned out to be a CFSF favorite.

Super great session! We had some serious increases from the last 'Total'. This was a fun session that could be referred to as the 'PR and passouts' session. 3 PR's, 3 pass outs. Fun stuff. It was great to see Holley F. back, and HOOYAH on deciding to do the Tough Mudder with us in October.
