There are several elements that must come together for a successful back squat. Positioning, and stability can really be tested. Any loss of either and your squat goes from good to blah.

Great squats. Nice job Lynde. Knocking out a 5k PR run, then cruising in a getting some serious weight back squats. There were a few other people working on squat form, Cody, Randal- good job. Solid foundations for the future. Form, consistency, intensity.
