The bench press is an all time gym rat favorite lift. Along with bicep curls, they constituted most of the time spent working out. We see the bench press infrequently, but when we do get to see it we have fun. There were a few cues we talked about, and we saw some MONSTER lifts.

Great job Cliff. A 350 pound bench press... That tops most deadlift PR's for most people at CFSF. You are the Icebeast, and you spin the boss tunes. Keep up the great work, spreading that good fuel around!

The puppies are all doing great. Carolyn, Candice, Randall- good stuff. Stay consistent and DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Your hard work pays off. You can already see that.
