Great workout everyone! Several people graduated from the low rope to the high rope today. Richard, Lynde, HOOYAH! Jimmy, Todd, you guys proved the "mind over matter" theory by pulling more than you thought you were pulling with ease. Arghh...

The clean and jerks looked good. Still seeing some early pulls.... Be patient. Nicole- great job on the now infamous "Set-up session". With your work today and continued homework you will destroy future deadlifts. No worries at all. Great session to all the CFSF ladies. Thanks for the hard work.
