Pull-ups on the clock might be one of the most deceivingly difficult sessions we see. Within a few minutes of beginning you are getting max efforts on the bar. By the end, arms are jelly. But what a blast!
Pull-ups on the clock:
One pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second, three on the third...
Continue until you cannot make reps within the minute.
