There's always someone who catches fire during the strength sessions. This time it was Brad. ANOTHER PR... Great job. Super good fuel.

The Front squat relies on a good racked position. Elbows dropping?  You'll probably miss the lift. Hit the mblog and find some mobs for wrist, elbow, and shoulder flexibility. It can make a huge difference.

CrossFit threw us a curve ball. 'Hope' is Friday. Saturday will be an off day.
