A solid squat requires constant attention. Getting dialed in takes time, practice, and homework. We had a few people getting some great work on their airsquats. Nicole, Andrea, and Forrest- keep working hard for that positioning. Achieve and maintain flexibility, and hit the wall periodically. Even if you have the airsquat locked down, hit that wall. It's a great tool that reinforces good positioning.
