This was another super fun workout. Thanks CFHQ! The reps and run distance were perfect, and we had great weather to be outside running in, or were we inside running out?

10 rounds:
15 push-ups
60 yard sprint
1:00 rest between rounds

Great session everyone. Super fast runs Brad, and solid push-ups Lynde. Thanks also for letting me get on my CrossFit soap box Lynde.

This was a great session to focus on POSE running. Tall positioning, staying on the balls and toes, and pulling those heels. Practice this EVERY TIME YOU RUN. Don't want to OVER-EMPHASIZE anything, but if you don't practice this running style it will always feel sorta strange.
